This five-step form takes about 10 minutes. You’ll confirm your travel details, book your hotel through our group block, and choose how you’d like to pay for your event ticket. Have your travel dates and a payment method ready before you start.
Most attendees prefer to book their own flights to pay with frequent flyer miles, use travel credits they already have, or just book direct with their airline of choice. If that’s you, just select the first option below and we’ll move on. Note that our hotel block runs from October 9 – 12, 2026.
If you’d rather have help — coordinating arri val times with the group, finding the best routing from your home airport, or simply taking the planning off your plate — select the second option and we’ll follow up with a call to get you book through Carterhouse Travel, the travel agency owned by Jonathan Carter.
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Virgin Hotels – New Orleans at a discounted group rate of $289/night. Rooms in the block are held until July 31, after which any unbooked rooms are released back to the hotel.
The hotel is walking distance to Caesars Superdome and walking distance to the French Quarter. Members of the KNOW program enjoy complimentary SPIRITS hour from 5pm – 6pm. It’s free to join!
