You’re invited to join your Monitors Club brothers for a midwinter getaway to the dazzling entertainment of Las Vegas, from Wednesday, February 18, 2026, to Saturday, February 21, 2026.

This social outing is optional and intended for Club members only.  You may stay for two or three nights and return home to your spouses and families for the weekend.  In the evening, Monitors will gather in a host suite at Mandalay Bay for a happy hour before venturing to a group dinner elsewhere on the Strip.  Afterwards, gaming, shows, and other Vegas nightlife await you.

The trip is promoted but not financed by the Club.  Each Monitor will pay their costs, including arrangements for air travel, ground transport, lodging, meals, gaming, and other social activities.  Additionally, each Monitor will be assessed and will pay their pro rata share (estimated at $600 per member for three nights) for group dinners, as well as rental and stocking of the suite.

Reserve your place for this trip by RSVP and paying your $175 refundable deposit on or before October 15, 2025.  Deposits become nonrefundable after January 15, 2026.  The trip will not be confirmed unless a minimum of 10 Monitors elect to attend and submit their deposits by October 15.
